Aspiring musicians rejoice. Apple has updated the GarageBand app by releasing it as a universal app, making it available for all to utilize on other iOS devices. Previously, it was limited for use only on the iPad.

For now, you're only able to share your musical creations via iTunes or email. You get a great selection of instruments as well. There is AirPlay support so you can stream to any AirPlay enabled sound system. Obviously this is a needed feature to fully appreciate your musical creation.
