There was no way Terra should have been able to almost kill the Teen Titans one-on-one even with Deathstroke's help, as they have more experience in general. And it was completely stupid for them to go after each individual monster in an obvious trap. At leas them being attacked before they find out that Terra was a traitor makes more sense. Though, the fact that they couldn't figure out that something was wrong is completely stupid too, it's so blaintantly obvious that even I could figure this out.

Though at least in the cartoon series they gave Terra sometwhat relatable motivations ( I say somewhat because it's still no excuse for her."

Second of all, there are way too many plot holes to actually name as to why the storyline happens. (Ex: Why would Raven's empathic powers be faulty when her life is potentionally in danger? How can Terra be smart enough to trick the Teen Titans but stupid enough to not analyze Deathstroke's life and figure out he has a thing for his son, Jericho? How come the Teen Titans never did background checks? How can Geo-Force not know how his sister's nature was? etc.)

Third of all, The most basic amount of common sense would have foiled their plans instantly.

But there were good things that came out of this storyline, no doubt; The introduction of Nightwing and Jericho, the dramatic change of Beast Boy (though it wasn't needed, as he was already dealing with betrayal stuff before, same with the other Titans).

There are other problems, however, that I probably haven't touched upon. To me, he broke the cardinal rule of no killing. I mean it wasn't even accidental killing, he blatantly killed people and to me, that is unbecoming of a Robin. That is probably why I rarely call Damian "Robin" because he lacks all of the necessary attributes of Robin. Even Jason Todd met some of the requirements though he too broke the cardinal rule. However, I would absolutely love it to be Lee Travis. Since Golden Age characters are showing up in different contexts across the title, having the original Crimson Avenger be the new Dark Knight would be fabulous. And a privilege for fans of both Batman and classic stories. For example:
1) Superheroes tend to monopolize the attention of the reader, while Animal Man is constantly upstaged by the supporting characters of the series.
2) Superhero comics usually don’t give much importance to the private life of their main character (they tend to focus only on the “costume on” part); in Animal Man, on the contrary, the private life of Buddy is the main theme of the series. In fact, it is rather infrequent to see Buddy with his costume on.
3) Buddy is not perfect, and is not perceived as perfect by other people: in fact, in the 11th issue, when he tells his wife “It’s going to be okay”, she replies “Don’t give me anything of that superhero crap, Buddy.” That cut and thrust perfectly enlightens the philosophy of the series.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2484988552890699895.post-13935976030001839032012-08-23T02:06:20.941-07:002012-08-23T02:06:20.941-07:00NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!Jobyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00877960960847806365noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2484988552890699895.post-18081829061259889382012-06-08T22:31:13.444-07:002012-06-08T22:31:13.444-07:00Hawkeye Series in avengers is simply unique and ni...Hawkeye Series in avengers is simply unique and niceThe Avengers Jackethttp://www.celebswear.com/products/The-Avengers-Hawkeye-Leather-Costume.htmlnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2484988552890699895.post-87776265803168018052012-05-09T19:25:31.123-07:002012-05-09T19:25:31.123-07:00How come DC universe gets crappy toys like these b...How come DC universe gets crappy toys like these but the Avengers got some bad ass looking toys that looks almost real.Bryanhttp://yourcouponguy.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2484988552890699895.post-49079699952705546292012-05-08T08:59:12.207-07:002012-05-08T08:59:12.207-07:00This is such an awesome comic!
