Apple has revealed a few details of the transition from MobileMe to iCloud. Find out what happens to your email account and pictures.
iDisk provided users with the ability to store documents, media files (music and movies) online. Further information will be given to users as the transition approaches. Users should save copies of these files locally starting now. It is presumed that the ability to purchase additional storage will be allowed though.
Gallery allowed users to upload photographs and create albums online. Anyone was able to view the albums with the appropriate link. Users should have existing copies of these same photographs in iPhoto. It is advised that you do not delete those same photos.

iWeb enabled users to create webpages and host files and photographs as well. iWeb will likely cease to exist as the program was not included in the recent iLife '11 update. Users are advised to seek other providers for their hosting needs.
MobileMe had two different email accounts during it's time: me.com and mac.com. The company has stated that users will be able to keep their existing accounts. No word yet if a new email account (@icloud.com?) will be established.
