Ann Nocenti Writes Green Arrow

Acclaimed writer Ann Nocenti will begin as the new writer for Green Arrow starting with issue 7.  Nocenti is best remembered for her writing on Daredevil in the early 90s and introduced his most lethal villain, Typhoid Mary.
