Until Apple releases it's own photo editing app for iOS devices, we're quite happy with Adobe's Photoshop Express.
Adobe Photoshop Express is one of the best photo-editing apps available for the iPhone and iPad. The app is packed with a few editing features that will make anyone wanting to customize their own photos on their mobile devices, consider it. You can crop or rotate images and even add borders from a small selection provided. Additionally, Photoshop Express allows users to share your photos through social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter instantly.
Apple is set to add new editing features in their Photo app when the iOS 5 operating system update arrives later this year. We still highly recommend this app though.
