Will young Judith Grimes survive in this post-apocalyptic world? Her peers haven't fared so well in Season 4 of The Walking Dead and in past seasons too. Are the Grimes children just this lucky though?
In Season 2 and 3 of The Walking Dead, the prison stronghold provided a safe sanctuary for baby Judith Grimes. Cared for mainly by Beth Greene, young Judith was far from the horrors of the walkers and especially the threats from The Governor. We saw the tragic fate of Sophia Peletier in Season 2. Season 4 showed the horrors of the world around them, with the deaths of Mika and Lizzie through different circumstances altogether. In Season 5, we find the prison team on the run once more with baby Judith in tow. With the help of Tyreese and Carol, Judith remains in good condition.
Though the team has found a temporary place to stay in Father Gabriel Stokes' church, it remains to be seen, if the prison team can keep Judith safe this season again. Despite the differences from the source material, it's plain to see that children in this setting, won't last long with the constant threat around. We do hope for the best for baby Judith Grimes.
