Beware his power, Green Lantern's light! The new Green Lantern animated series premiered on Cartoon Network on Friday, November 11. The computer generated animation is similar to other notable works such as the
Star Wars: Clone Wars and
The Incredibles. For now, the series is focusing on two main Green Lanterns as the main characters - Hal Jordan and Kilowog.

Their comic-book rivals, the Red Lanterns are their current enemies. Perhaps as the series builds along, we'll see more depth and exploration of characters, storylines and locales of Green Lantern's universe. I have to admit, that I'm a big fan of this kind of CG animation and can't wait for the next episodes.
