Daredevil: End of Days Preview Artwork

The Daredevil: End of Days miniseries finally sees it release this October with some top tier talents to capture Matt Murdock's final days as horn head.

Writers Brian Michael Bendis and David Mack helm a story that "takes place in the not-too-distant future and we get to see what the Marvel Universe may look like. In the vein of Daredevil, it's a more realistic future. In the very first issue, some very large things happen, including Daredevil's very public murder", stated Bendis during a online blog chat. The miniseries will be drawn by Klaus Janson with Bill Sienkiewicz providing the inking chores. Both renowned for their legendary Daredevil work in the past. Expect contributions from artist Alex Maleev with the cover pictured above.

Janson further adds that "this story is for all intents and purposes the end of Daredevil, whether it fits in continuity or not. That's how I'm approaching it. I'm putting everything I have into it because that's my reality". The six issue miniseries might not necessarily be canon but a simple glimpse of what may happen to the hero from Hell's Kitchen.
